What an interesting summer we've had, and especially noted now for its true "dog days" in late August!
I'm always excited when August gives way to September and the busy Fall season begins. Much like the first few days of school for our children and grandchildren, with the promise of new and renewed friendships and freshly purchased books, laptops and wardrobes. New beginnings are so energizing!

As the summer season transitions into fall, there are quite a few buyers hoping to get settled and many sellers wanting to move on before the snow falls!
